How long does delivery take?
Standard dining tables are typically delivered within 7–10 working days. Bespoke dining tables are made to order in the UK and usually require 4–8 weeks. We'll keep you informed throughout the process and contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date.
Do you offer white glove delivery?
Yes. All of our dining tables include a premium white glove delivery service, ensuring your furniture is handled with care from arrival to placement within your home.
Will my table be assembled?
Most of our dining tables require only minimal assembly, usually attaching the tabletop to the base. This process is straightforward, and clear instructions are included. Bespoke tables include professional installation as part of the service.
Do you deliver throughout the UK?
Yes. We deliver throughout mainland UK. If you're located in a remote area, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm delivery availability.
Can I choose my delivery date?
Once your order is ready, our delivery team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date wherever possible.

What is sintered stone?
Sintered stone is an advanced surface created using natural minerals, heat and pressure. It offers exceptional durability while maintaining the appearance of natural stone, making it an excellent choice for modern dining furniture.
Are ceramic and sintered stone tables durable?
Yes. These materials are chosen for their durability, making them highly resistant to everyday wear while remaining easy to maintain.
Are your tables heat resistant?
Yes. Ceramic and sintered stone surfaces offer excellent heat resistance. However, we still recommend using trivets or heat mats where possible to help preserve the appearance of your table over many years.
Are the tables stain resistant?
Yes. Our ceramic and sintered stone dining tables have non-porous surfaces that resist common household stains and are simple to clean.
How do I clean my table?
For everyday cleaning, simply use a soft cloth with warm water and a mild detergent if required. Avoid abrasive cleaning products that may affect the finish of other components, such as the table base.
Will every tabletop look identical?
Natural stone products such as marble and granite will vary in colour and veining, making every table unique. Ceramic and sintered stone are manufactured to achieve a consistent appearance while still reflecting the beauty of natural stone.
Ordering
Can I change my order?
If your order has not yet entered production or been dispatched, we'll do our best to accommodate changes. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Do you offer finance?
Finance options are available on selected products. Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.
Can I purchase matching dining chairs?

How long does bespoke production take?
As every bespoke table is made to order, production typically takes 4–8 weeks, depending on the chosen design and material.
Can I choose my own stone?
Yes. We offer a carefully selected range of premium surfaces, allowing you to choose the material and finish that best suits your interior.
Can I customise the base?
In many cases, yes. Depending on the design, different base finishes and colours may be available. Please contact us to discuss the available options.
Returns & Warranty
Can I return my order?
Standard products may be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Bespoke products are made to your individual specification and cannot usually be returned unless faulty.
What happens if my table arrives damaged?
Although every order is carefully inspected before dispatch, if your furniture arrives damaged, please notify us as soon as possible with photographs so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Do your tables include a warranty?
Yes. All products are supplied with a manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects. Full warranty information can be found within our Warranty Policy.
