Placing an Order

Will I receive confirmation of my order?
Yes. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email confirming that we’ve received your order and pre-authorised your payment. This email is sent automatically to the address provided at checkout.

I placed an order but didn’t receive a confirmation email. What should I do?
If you haven’t received a confirmation email, please check:

  • Your spam or junk folder

  • That your email address was entered correctly at checkout

  • Whether your email provider has strict spam filtering

If you’re still unable to locate the email, please contact us at hello@marbredining.co.uk and we’ll be happy to assist.

Why do you ask for a contact phone number?
For larger furniture deliveries, our specialist couriers require a contact number to arrange delivery and ensure a smooth handover. Your details are kept private and used only in relation to your order.

Is it safe to purchase through the Marbré website?
Yes. Marbré uses secure SSL encryption technology to protect your personal and payment information. All payments are processed securely, and we do not store card details.

Is there a cut-off time for placing orders?
Orders placed during business hours are typically processed within one business day.
Orders placed outside business hours or on weekends are processed the next working day.


Delivery

Where do you deliver?
We deliver to addresses within the UK mainland.

Additional delivery charges may apply to the following regions:

  • Scottish Highlands

  • Scottish Islands

  • Isle of Wight

  • Isle of Man

  • Channel Islands

  • Scilly Isles

  • Northern Ireland

If your address falls outside the UK mainland, please contact us at hello@marbredining.co.uk for a delivery quote before ordering.

Do you deliver outside the UK?
At this time, Marbré delivers within the United Kingdom only.

How much does delivery cost?

  • Free delivery is available on all UK mainland orders

  • Any additional delivery charges for non-mainland regions will be clearly communicated before purchase

There are no hidden fees.

How long does order processing take?
Orders are typically processed within one business day.
Orders placed after business hours or over weekends are processed the next working day.

How long does delivery take once dispatched?
Estimated delivery times are listed on each product page, typically 5–7 working days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier scheduling, weather conditions, or access considerations.

Can you deliver to a PO Box?
No. Due to the size and nature of our furniture, we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with delivery or tracking details where available. Please allow some time for tracking links to become active.
