Refund policy

At Marbrè Dining Company, all tables are carefully selected or made to order. Due to the nature of our products, our returns policy differs depending on the type of item purchased.

Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Rights)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, in accordance with UK consumer law.

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing within this period.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • You must notify us within 14 days of delivery

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Made-to-Order & Bespoke Items

Certain items are made to order or customised to your specification, including variations in size, material, or finish.

Under UK consumer law, the right to cancel within 14 days does not apply to goods that are made to order or personalised.

As a result, made-to-order and bespoke items are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun, unless they are faulty or not as described.

Return Costs

Unless an item is faulty or damaged:

  • Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Returns must be arranged using a suitable furniture courier
  • We recommend using a tracked and insured service

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Photographic evidence may be required
  • We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • This will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item

Please note:

  • Original delivery costs may be deducted where applicable
  • Refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order:

  • Before dispatch → full refund available
  • After dispatch → treated as a return

For made-to-order items:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun
